Gets the initial reference level that the AutoLevel(String, Double, Double) function uses to estimate the peak power of the input signal. This value is expressed in dBm.

Type: Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method gets the value of AutoLevelInitialReferenceLevel attribute. The default value is 30.
