Sets the absolute power limit corresponding to the beginning of an offset segment. This value is expressed in dBm.

Parameters

Specifies the offset number and subblock number.
Example:
"subblock0" or
"subblock0/offset0".
You can use the BuildOffsetString(String, Int32) method to build the selector string. - value

Specifies the absolute power limit corresponding to the beginning of an offset segment. This value is expressed in dBm.
Return Value
Type: Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method sets the value of SemOffsetAbsoluteLimitStart attribute. The default value is -16.5.
