Pass an empty string. The signal name that is passed when creating the signal configuration is used. - value

Upon return, contains whether the measurement is performed from the frame or the slot boundary.
Return Value
Type: Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method gets the value of ModAccSynchronizationMode attribute. The default value is Slot. When you set the Link Direction property to Downlink, the measurement supports only Frame synchronization mode.
