RFmxLteMXComponentCarrierGetUplinkSequenceHoppingEnabled Method
Gets whether the base sequence number hopping for the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) is enabled, as defined in section 5.5.1.3 of the 3GPP TS 36.211 specification. This method is only applicable only when you set the SetPuschNumberOfResourceBlocks(String, Int32) method to a value greater than 5.

Remarks
This method gets the value of UplinkSequenceHoppingEnabled attribute. The default value is False.
