RFmxLteMXComponentCarrierSetLaaUplinkStartPosition Method
Sets the starting position of symbol 0 in the first subframe of an LAA uplink burst. Refer to section 5.6 of the 3GPP 36.211 specification for more information regarding LAA uplink start position.

Specifies the carrier number and subblock number.
Example:
"subblock0" or
"subblock0/carrier0".
You can use the BuildCarrierString(String, Int32) method to build the selector string. - value

Remarks
This method sets the value of LaaUplinkStartPosition attribute. The default value is StartPosition00.
