Sets the stop frequency of an offset segment relative to the SetBandwidth(String, Double) edge (single carrier) or GetSubblockAggregatedChannelBandwidth(String, Double) edge (multi-carrier). This value is expressed in Hz.

Parameters

Specifies the offset number and subblock number.
Example:
"subblock0" or
"subblock0/offset0".
You can use the BuildOffsetString(String, Int32) method to build the selector string. - value

Specifies the stop frequency of an offset segment relative to the SetBandwidth(String, Double) edge (single carrier) or GetSubblockAggregatedChannelBandwidth(String, Double) edge (multi-carrier). This value is expressed in Hz.
Return Value
Type: Int32Returns the status code of this method. The status code either indicates success or describes a warning condition.
Remarks
This method sets the value of SemOffsetStopFrequency attribute. The default value is 1 MHz.
