Specification Compliance Manager 2023 Q4 New Features and Changes
New Features
- Introduces the Histogram view. You can generate histograms to analyze the shape, spread, and central tendency of the measurement data for selected products.
Specification Compliance Manager 2023 Q3 New Features and Changes
The following new features were implemented as part of the SCM 2023 Q3 release.
New Features
- The Compliance view allows you to reorder the columns and save the changes.
- The Compliance view adds an option to round the Compliance values to a defined precision.

- The Compliance view enables you to add customized statistics calculations.
- The Download Compliance Report menu adds an option to download the compliance report in the user-defined format.
Specification Compliance Manager 2022 Q4 New Features and Changes
The following new features and behavior changes were implemented as part of the SCM 2022 Q4 release.
New Features
- The Compliance view adds a collaboration feature that allows users to create, view, and manage team discussions related to specifications.
Behavior Changes
- Users can perform operations in other products while the specification file upload process is ongoing in the current product.
- Updated the list of system reserved names in Spec and Data Template files.
- Spec and Data files can support up to 20 INFO columns.
Specification Compliance Manager 2022 Q3 New Features and Changes
The following new features and behavior changes were implemented as part of the SCM 2022 Q3 release.
New Features
- The Product Comparison view adds capabilities for numerical comparison of compliance data between products and across disciplines. This view includes an option to download comparison information as a spreadsheet (.xlsx format).
- The Worst-Case Condition, accessible from the Product Comparison view, provides more in-depth analysis information of a selected specification.
- The Product Specifications now includes an option to download a product specification file that is compatible with Virtuoso® ADE Verifier.
- Users can now connect SCM to an external SQL Server database, if needed for their application. Refer to the SCM Operations Handbook for more information about external database connections.
Behavior Changes
- Improvements to formatting of the product specification template file and updates to the examples within the file.
- Increased character limit from 200 characters to 1,000 characters for information column entries in product specification files and measurement data files.
Specification Compliance Manager 2022 Q2 New Features and Changes
The following new features and behavior changes were implemented as part of the SCM 2022 Q2 release.
New Features
- Support added for single sign-on solutions that use OpenID Connect for user authentication across multiple applications.
- Product specifications files can now support multiple specification category tabs. Users can define specifications for multiple categories in a single file that is uploaded to the Spec view.
- Specification column visibility settings can now be modified on the Spec view and Compliance view. These settings persist when changing between views.
- Support added for functional specifications and the following functional measurement data: 0/1, Pass/Fail
- Support added for use of string data in condition columns within measurement data files.
