Use the graph palette in LabVIEW to interact with a graph or chart in a VI while the VI is running. Use the graph palette to move cursors, zoom, and pan.

Note The graph palette is not available for 3D graphs.

The graph palette includes the following buttons, from left to right:

  • Cursor Movement Tool—Moves the cursor on the display.
    Note The Cursor Movement Tool applies only to graphs.
  • Zoom—Zooms in and out of the display.
  • Panning Tool—Picks up the plot and moves it around on the display.
    1. To display the graph palette, right-click the graph or chart and select Visible Items » Graph Palette from the shortcut menu.
    2. Click the relevant button in the graph palette to move cursors, zoom, or pan the display.
      When you enable a button in the graph palette, the LabVIEW displays a green LED in the upper left corner of the button.
