40-pin DIP Drop-in Replacement Part for the NEC μPD7210 GPIB ASIC
Overview
The NAT7210 provides Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS)-compliant drop-in replacement parts for the NEC μPD7210 DIP. The NAT7210 is register- and pin-compatible with the NEC μPD7210 on power up and includes additional features present on the NAT4882 IEEE 488.2 controller chip. You can use the NAT7210 to perform IEEE 488 talker, listener, and controller functions. Additionally, the NAT7210 features a programmable clock rate up to 20 MHz, a low-power CMOS design, and direct memory access.
