Overview

The IVN-8563 provides a one-channel interface to help you convert data from 10BASE-T1S Automotive Ethernet to standard 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet. You can use the IVN-8563 to develop applications that require 10BASE-T1S automotive Ethernet for test and validatation of automotive electronic control units (ECUs). This device also supports coordinator or follower and point-to-point or multidrop operation modes, which can be selected through USB-loaded configuration files. Additionally, the IVN-8563 provides an LED on the front panel to help you monitor the linkage and activity on the ports. When used in conjunction with the PXIe-8623 Automotive Ethernet Interface Module, the IVN-8563 can leverage endpoint, monitoring, and other features using the NI-XNET API.
