1-Slot, 18 GHz PXI RF Harmonic Measurement Unit—The SC2250 extends the PXI Vector Signal Transceiver (VST) range to operate at microwave frequencies up to 18 GHz. You can use the selectable filtering for signal conditioning applications that require spurious and harmonic rejection. The SC2250 provides two programmable output channels: One applies additional signal conditioning to the VST generator, and the other provides a narrowband signal (up to 18 GHz) for applications such as system calibration. The SC2250 is ideal for high-volume production test and includes optional local oscillator input ports to support measurements requiring extremely low-phase noise performance.
