Flickers are the results of voltage fluctuations. Voltage fluctuations cause light flickers. Voltage fluctuations can also cause flickers in sensitive electronic equipment such as television receivers or in industrial processes that rely on constant electrical power.
Use this section to learn about methods for obtaining voltage fluctuation data that you can analyze with the LabVIEW Electrical Power Toolkit. This section also introduces flickermeter standards for evaluating light flickers.
