You must be an administrator to install NI software on your computer.

RFmx VNA is the driver for the PXIe-5633. RFmx VNA in turn requires the NI-RFSA driver.

  1. Install an ADE, such as LabVIEW.
  2. Install RFmx VNA and NI-RFSA using either of the following methods:
    • Download the software from ni.com/downloads
    • Select the software to install in Package Manager
    Note You must install matching versions of RFmx VNA and NI-RFSA. The order in which you install these drivers is not important.
  3. Follow the instructions in the installation prompts.
    Note Windows users might see access and security messages during installation. To complete the installation, accept the prompts.
  4. When the installer completes, select Restart in the dialog box that prompts you to restart, shut down, or restart later.
