Create global classes in PAconfigurator below a Namespace node.

The namespace can contain additional Namespace folders and other global classes.

A Namespace folder cannot contain two elements of the same name. You cannot use a global class and a namespace of the same name on the same level under the same namespace.

  1. Activate the Namespace folder in which you want to create the class.
  2. Complete one of the following actions:
    • From the context menu, select New » Group » Global class.
    • Use the key combinations <Alt + D> <Alt + N>, then click Group » Global Class.
  3. Enter a descriptive name for the class.
The name cannot contain a colon. You cannot localize the name of the class. Choose a name that is readable and understandable in other languages.
  4. Open the global class and save the suggested code.
After saving, you can use the global class in the PAscript code or in PAgraph++.
