Setting Up the e-Powertrain Application Database
Use PAexpress to restore the database backup on an SQL Server.
The e-powertrain application database backup installs with the PAtools e-Powertrain Software Suite at the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\PAtools <version>\e-Powertrain Application
- Upload the e-powertrain application database backup to a location that your SQL Database Server can access.

Use PAexpress to restore the database backup.
For more information about restoring the database backup, refer to Setting up a Database in the PAtools User Manual.

Use PAconfigurator to create a PAtools user with administrator
rights to the database.
Note To let the PAtools Test Generator Software access the database and generate a test, set the PAtools user name to match the Windows user name.
