Complete the following steps to merge the contents of another database into your User or Corporate Database:

  1. Select Tools»Database»Merge database.

    The Database Merge dialog box appears.

  2. Click Select a Component Database Name and navigate to the database that you wish to merge into your database and click Open.

    The Database Merge dialog box reappears.

  3. Select the desired Target database.
  4. Click Start.

    The selected database is merged into your Corporate or User Database.
