Replacing the SLSC Instrumentation
Equipment
- #2 Phillips screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Power off the ECUTS.
- Open the rear cabinet door.
- Loosen the cable screws on the front of the SLSC instrument using the flathead screwdriver.
- Disconnect all the cables from the SLSC instrument.
- Remove the two front panel mounting screws from the SLSC instrument using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
- Eject the SLSC instrument from the chassis using the ejector handle at the bottom of the instrument.
- With the ejector handle engaged, slide the replacement SLSC instrument into the appropriate chassis slot.
- Lock the SLSC instrument in the chassis slot by pulling up on the ejector handle.
- Screw in the two front panel mounting screws on SLSC instrument using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
- Connect all the cables to the front of the SLSC instrument.
- Screw in the cable screws on the front of the SLSC instrument using the flathead screwdriver.
- Close the rear cabinet door.
