Analysis Automation Procedure: Buttons

The buttons in the Analysis Automation Procedure dialog box are described in the following.

Settings

New Analysis Automation Procedure Opens the dialog box where you load a new analysis automation procedure.
Open Analysis Automation Procedure Opens the dialog box where you load an analysis automation procedure.
Save Analysis Automation Procedure As Opens the dialog box where you save an analysis automation procedure under a new name.
As long as you do not modify the Identifier of the analysis automation procedure, you save a new version of the existing packet. In this case, the web interface of the analysis automation performs an update of the analysis automation procedure.
Test the Analysis Automation Procedure Simulates the analysis automation procedure with the selected file. DIAdem displays the simulation result in the Data Portal. If you test the analysis automation procedure in DIAdem, DIAdem does not include a timeout.
Debug Analysis Automation Procedure Simulates the analysis automation procedure with a debugger with the selected file. DIAdem displays the simulation result in the Data Portal. If you test the analysis automation procedure in DIAdem, DIAdem does not include a timeout.
Select Active Data Source Opens the dialog box where you select a DataFinder or a Data Store. Open the data source in the NAVIGATOR panel.
  Current data source Displays the data source specified under Select Active Data Source.
Display Reduced Dialog Box Reduces the dialog box to title bar and toolbar.
Display Extended Dialog Box Expands the dialog box to allow you to make settings.
