This document contains the ECU Test System Maintenance Software known issues that were discovered before and since the release of ECU Test System Maintenance Software 21.0. Known issues are performance issues or technical bugs that NI has acknowledged exist within this version of the product.
Not every issue known to NI appears on this list; it is intended to show the most severe and common issues that you may encounter and provide workarounds when possible. Other technical issues that you may encounter could occur through normal product use or system compatibility issues. Systems with a second PXI chassis may show the Thunderbolt device disconnected on first bootIn systems that ship with a second PXI chassis, the Thunderbolt expansion MXI (PXIe-8301) may not be recognized as connected to the system. NI MAX does not show the secondary chassis, and the devices associated with that chassis show as missing from the system.
Workaround: Shut down and power off the ECU Test System. Leave powered off for one minute before powering on the system again. If the second chassis is still not detected, use the Thunderbolt software from the notification area to recognize and authorize the port.
