Description

Returns the mean propagation delay, in seconds, between the 1588 clock associated with this session and the 1588 master clock. The mean propagation delay is the average amount of time it takes for a packet to reach a slave device from the 1588 master.

Note Note  
  • For Linux RT devices, you must specify the Active Item before you can call this property.
  • This property is not supported when you are using the IEEE 1588-2008 BC time reference type, as used in CompactDAQ Ethernet chassis. To verify the type, refer to the Time Reference Type property.
