Level Measurements
A level measurement provides a quantitative description of the overall vibration acquired from a transducer. You can perform sound level and vibration level measurements with time-domain or even-angle signals.
A level measurement is a common measurement technique for performing sound and vibration analysis.
Use the NI Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite to develop and configure the following sound level measurements:
- Leq
- Running Leq
- Peak
- Exponential average
You can combine different sound level measurements and use them simultaneously to provide flexibility with acoustic measurements.
