PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW provides test sequences built in TestStand using toolkit measurement libraries. These test sequences demonstrate basic electrical functional testing. Reuse or modify these test sequence to meet the requirements of your own application.

Automation Test Sequences are located in the following directory: C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW\TestStand\Automation.

Launch C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW\TestStand\PCBA TestStand WorkSpace.tsw to open a TestStand workspace that includes all PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW automated test sequences and measurement libraries.

Test sequences use the following conventions for virtual channel names.
Naming Convention Configuration Feature
TS_ prefix Sourcing points in the PCBA board
TP_ prefix Test points in the PCBA board
Number (zero-based) suffix Multiple channels
For example, the digital I/O test has input channels <TS_DIn0, TS_DIn1> and output channels <TP_DOut0, TP_DOut1>.

The PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW provides the following automated test sequences which demonstrate working with various measurements and hardware configurations.
