Dimensional drawing documents are available in a variety of formats, which differ between products. Documents are often available as 2D drawings and 3D CAD models. The following are common file formats: PDF, AutoCAD (.dxf, .dwg, and IGES), SolidWorks, STEP and .stp and Pro/E.
