Overview
This page shows supported versions of the NI-845x hardware driver with LabVIEW development systems. Reference this information to ensure you install the correct version when upgrading or updating your system or software. Using incompatible versions may result in errors, missing LabVIEW palettes or functions, or devices and tasks failing to show up in NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX).

Note: NI-845x driver versions 1.1, 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 contain support for LabWindows™/CVI™ 7.1 (or later) and Microsoft Visual C/C++.
NI-845x driver versions 1.1.3, 1.1.4, and 2.0, 2.1 and 2.1.1 contain support for LabWindows/CVI 8.0 (or later) and Microsoft Visual C/C++ 6.0.
