EULA text unreadable when Windows is set to a high contrast theme

When Windows is configured to use a high contrast theme, the EULA text displayed during a package installation is unreadable.

Workaround:

Disable the high contrast theme temporarily.

Command line interface (CLI) ignores invalid arguments instead of raising errors

The nipkg.exe command line interface (CLI) ignores incorrectly used and invalid arguments instead of raising errors. For example, the following command does not raise an error even though the "--include-recommended" argument is not supported with the upgrade command: 
nipkg.exe upgrade --include-recommended ni-mymath

Workaround:

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.
