This document contains the NI Industrial Controller Device Drivers known issues that were discovered before and since the release of NI Industrial Controller Device Drivers 18.0. Not every issue known to NI will appear on this list; it is intended to only show the severe and more common issues that can be encountered.

When DAQmx and IMAQdx are both installed on a Linux x64 target, reinstalling IMAQdx causes the target to become unreachable in MAX

Workaround: Restarting the target in safe mode allows it to be accessed and reformatted, which will fix the issue. More details on this issue and workaround can be found by navigating to http://www.ni.com/info and searching for info code LVRTfail
