Overview

This document contains the TestStand Semiconductor Module Bug Fixes that were discovered before and since the release of TestStand 2014 Semiconductor Module SP1. Not every bug fix known to NI will appear on this list; it is intended to only show the severe and more common issues that have been addressed.

537338The GetReportFileName template sequence in SemiconductorModuleCallbacks.seq incorrectly computes the month name for the file
537339The "Adding STDF DTRs to the STDF Log File" help topic includes an error in the instructions
541888TestStand can run out of memory when using the Import Test Limits into Sequence File command to import hundreds of test limits using the "Replace all tests in matching steps" option
544848You cannot pass instances of the NI_SemiconductorModule_WaferDieCoordinates data type to a LabVIEW code module
547825TestStand 2013 Semiconductor Module Operator Interfaces generate the "File version is later than the current LabVIEW version" error when using TestStand 2014 Semiconductor Module and LabVIEW 2013.
551767TestStand displays a licensing dialog box at startup that reports, "the TestStand Semiconductor Module is not activated when the TestStand Semiconductor Module Debug Deployment license is activated".
553179In certain situations, the TestStand 2013 Semiconductor Module Operator Interface does not enable or disable lot execution buttons correctly

  • Workaround - Possible ways to work around the problem.
  • Reported Version - The earliest version in which the issue was reported.
  • Resolved Version - Version in which the issue was resolved or was no longer applicable. "N/A" indicates that the issue has not been resolved.
  • Date Added - The date the issue was added to the document (not the reported date).
