RFIC Test Software keeps SEM measurement results from previous measurements after disabling SEM measurement

After performing SEM measurements, RFIC Test Software keeps the SEM measurement results. When you disable SEM measurement and performs a new measurement, the results of previous SEM measurements are displayed in the Summary pane and logged, which is confusing.

Workaround:

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.

RFIC SFP exchanges TXP.Input PAPR (dB) and TXP.DUT Maximum Input Power (dBm)

RFIC Test Soft Front Panel exchanges TXP.Input PAPR (dB) and TXP.DUT Maximum Input Power (dBm) when exporting the test results of power sweeping to a TDMS file, regardless of whether digital predistortion (DPD) is applied.

Workaround:

There is currently no known workaround for this issue.

System PAE values in RFIC Results TDMS files do not match test results in the Summary pane

In a hardware setup using multiple DC sources, when you enable system PAE measurement and run power and/or frequency sweep, the system PAE measurement results logged in RFIC Result TDMS files do not match the test results in the Summary pane.

Workaround:

Set each sweep point and manually read system PAE measurement results from the Summary pane.

R+jX in RFIC SFP is used as reflection coefficient instead of impedance

RFIC SFP does not support impedance in R+jX when Tuner Mode is R+jX.

Workaround:

Enter reflection coefficient instead of impedance in R+jX.

Cannot Compensate Tuner Loss to Power Meter at DUT Output Port

RFIC Test Software does not compensate the tuner loss to the power meter at the DUT output port.

Workaround:

Read the tuner loss from the Summary pane and manually add to power meter coupling loss at the DUT output port.
