As chief digital officer and general manager of the portfolio business, Josh Mueller is responsible for setting the strategic direction for new products, solutions, and services to meet customers’ needs and drive growth across a broad set of industries. In addition, he’s responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy that makes it easier for customers to be successful and do business with NI.
Josh has a history of driving transformation, simplifying product portfolios, and scaling businesses by leveraging modern, digital go-to-market strategies. He most recently served as chief digital officer at Vonage where he helped lead the company’s transformation into a leader in business cloud communications. Prior to his role at Vonage, he was the chief marketing officer at Dun & Bradstreet; there he helped modernize the marketing organization and go-to-market strategy, and as an operating executive, helped drive the company’s successful privatization. Before Dun & Bradstreet, he held various leadership positions at Dell.
Josh holds a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
