Users View

Use the Users view to manage any users listed in NI VLM.
The Users view displays the following columns:
- Username
- Any custom fields you created
- Disconnection Expiration
- Home License Expiration
- Home Computer ID
Note To see hidden columns, right click
on any column header, select Add/Remove Columns, and select
any available columns you want to view.
Viewing User Information
Expand each user to view more information, including the following:
- A summary of the user's permissions
- The user's groups
- The user's explicit licenses

Editing Users
From this view, you can perform the following tasks:
- Add a user to NI VLM
- Edit a listed user
- Delete one or more of the listed users
- Disconnect one or more of the listed users
- Reconnect one or more of the listed users
- Create a home license for a listed user
- Batch update a custom field value for multiple users to a single value.
- Email multiple users
