Vehicle Communication Toolkit (NI-VCOM) Changes

  • Removed Enable Channels Scaling from the VCOM CD main page. Access this option in Channel Selection tool, where you can directly check or uncheck Enable Channels Scaling during the channel import process.
  • Removed the Export Channels as File functionality. You can now export channels as a file by right-clicking the VCOM CD and selecting Export Config.
  • Streamlined the channel import process. The Add/Update Sections window and the separate Add/Update Channel Selection window for each section have been merged. You can now import channels from any section together in a single Channel Selection window.
  • NI-XNET Custom Interface is renamed to PRPSFM (Pre-Send Post-Receive Frame Manipulation). Use the PSPRFM module for manipulating the raw data of the frames before they are sent to the port and exactly after they are received from a port from an external DLL/SO file.
