Purpose

When the SequenceFileViewMgr.StepGroupMode property is StepGroupMode_AllGroups , this property indicates whether the selection includes the step group start and end markers. The property also indicates whether each step group is expanded or collapsed. The value of this property is a bitwise-OR combination of the SelectionFlags constants.
