Target File and Source Settings Tab
The Target File and Source Settings tab of the Property Loader step contains the following options:

Identify Step By
—Specifies the lookup to uniquely identify a step in the sequence file.
Note Select <Step Name> to import the Step.Name property, <Step ID> to identify a step by its Step.ID property, and <Step Name and ID> to identify a step by the string Step.Name + " (" + Step.TS.Id + ")" .
- Use Current File -Use the current sequence file as the target sequence file.
- Select Sequence File —Specifies the location of the target sequence file to which values will be imported.

—Specifies the target sequence to which values will be imported.
Note Select <Current Sequence> to import values to the current sequence and <All Sequences> to import values to all the sequences in the target sequence file.
- Alias Location —Specifies the location of the alias . If the property loader source is a file, this field specifies the location of the alias file. If the property loader source is a database, this specifies field specifies the name of the alias table.
- Property Selector —Use this control to specify various properties for which values will be imported from the selected property loader source. Use the Property Selector to select the properties from a list of all the properties and variables available in the selected sequence file and sequence.
Note
The Property Selector control will be disabled in the following cases:
- The Import All Data From Source option on the Step Settings tab is enabled.
- The sequence file is not editable.
