Move Selected Operations Dialog Box

Use the Move Selected Operations Dialog Box to change the position of a group of operations on the time axis. You can align a group of operations with another group to make it easier to visually compare the groups. The dialog contains the following controls:

• Mark with color/Do not mark —Specify whether to mark the selected operations with a selected color so that they are visually distinguished as a group.
• Current Initial Time —Indicates the initial time of the first operation in the group.
• New Initial Time —Specifies the new initial time of the first operation in the group. All other operations in the group move by the same offset.
• Move to Unique Threads —Specifies whether to move the selected operations to new pretend threads with unique ids such that the selected operations are more easily distinguished from other operations in the original threads that also reside in the destination location on the time axis.
