Select Configure»Adapters , select the HTBasic Adapter in the list control, and click Configure to launch the HTBasic Adapter Configuration dialog box.

The HTBasic Adapter runs subroutines by communicating with a special program running in an HTBasic application called the HTBasic server. This server can be the HTBasic development version or the HTBasic run-time version. Specify which server the adapter uses by selecting the appropriate option in the HTBasic Server to Use section.

The HTBasic Adapter Configuration dialog box contains the following options:

• Use HTBasic Runtime server —The location of the run-time version of the HTBasic server.
• Use HTBasic Development server —The location of the development version of the HTBasic server.
• HTBasic Default Working Directory —Specifies where the HTBasic Adapter sets the working directory before invoking a subroutine. This setting applies only to HTBasic steps that set the Working Directory option for the step to Use adapter default . The ring control contains the following four items:
  • Do not change working directory
  • HTBasic server directory
  • Subroutine file directory
  • Use specified directory
  The default value is Subroutine file directory. The Browse button and edit box are enabled only when you select the Use specified directory option.
