Get Status Operation - Batch Settings Edit Tab
Get Status Operation
Use the Get Status operation to obtain information about the current state of the batch. Enable the Get Status option on the left of the Batch Settings panel.
The Get Status operation contains the following options:
- Batch Name or Reference Expression —The batch on which to perform the operation. You can specify the batch by name or by the object reference you receive when you create the batch using the Use Object Reference for the Batch Reference Lifetime option.

Optional Output
- Batch Exists? —The location to store a Boolean value that indicates whether the batch already exists.
- Number of Threads Waiting at Synchronized Sections — The location to store a numeric value representing the number of threads waiting to enter or exit synchronized sections.
- Number of Threads in Batch —The location to store the numeric value that is the number of threads currently part of the batch.
- Default Batch Synchronization —The location to store a numeric value that specifies the default method of batch synchronization the batch uses.
