Column Search in Test Limits Editor (TSM)

You can restrict your search to a single column in all selected limit files by using special formatting in the search text.

To search specific columns in all selected limit files, enter a column identifier and an equal sign (columnID=). Then enter the search text. For example, <pin>=<VDD>
