Monitor the calibration compliance of your assets through notifications every time an asset's calibration status triggers an alarm.

SystemLink comes with a preconfigured notification strategy to notify you and other users about assets approaching or past their recommended calibration dates. Add your team to the strategy to receive email alerts for all your assets.

  1. In the SystemLink web application, click Utilities » Alarms.
  2. Under Notifications, select Email Groups.
  3. For Selected Group, select Approaching calibration email group to add recipients.
  4. List the email addresses you want to notify.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the Past calibration email group.
When an asset approaches or passes its calibration date, you and your team will receive an email notification.
