Viewing and Editing User Account Settings

Use the SystemLink web interface to complete tasks such as modifying the language settings, picking an application color theme, and viewing account information.

  1. In the top-right corner, click Welcome, <User Name> » Account.
  2. In the Edit account slide-out, achieve the following goals.
    Goal Description

    Set the language
    Click the Language drop-down and select from the following languages:
    Note By default, the language selector matches the langauge of the browser.
    • English—English language setting
    • Français—French language setting
    • Deutsch—German language setting
    • 日本語—Japanese language setting
    • 中文—Chinese language setting

    The chosen language determines the decimal separator type and the locale to use for dates.

    Set the color theme
    Click the Theme drop-down and select from the following themes:
    • Light—A theme with light background and UI elements and dark text
    • Dark—A theme with dark background and UI elements and light text
    • Device default—SystemLink matches the default theme of the device or browser
    Note SystemLink remembers the theme preference across browsers. Your chosen theme applies wherever you log in.

    View information on your user account

    View the following account information:
    Note You cannot edit these properties. Your organization provides this information through an identity management system such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace.
    • First name—The first name of the user
    • Last name—The last name of the user
    • Username—The unique identifier SystemLink uses for your account
    • Email—The email address SystemLink sends notifications
    • Phone—The phone number of the user
    Note If any of the account information is incorrect, contact your server administrator or IT support team to request an update.
  3. Click OK.
