Create one or more test plans.

- Click Create test plan.
Create a test plan as part of a work order. - Navigate to .
- Click the work order for which you want to create a test plan.
- Click the Work Items tab.
- Click Create test plan.
Create a test plan as part of a DUT.
- Navigate to .
- Click the DUT for which you want to create a test plan.
- Click the Work Items tab.
- Click Create test plan.
- Optional:
In the Create test plan slide-out, select the product
family of the product.
SystemLink updates the Product drop-down menu with only products in the product family you selected.

Select the product for which you want to create a test plan.
If you did not specify the product family, SystemLink updates the Product family drop-down for you.

Click Next.
SystemLink lists the test plan templates you can use for creating your test plan.Note To make a new test plan template, use the SystemLink API.
- Select a test plan template.

Click Next.
SystemLink copies the information and files linked to the template to the new test plan.
- Optional: Modify the test plan details.

Click Create.
SystemLink opens the test plan you created.
