Build Path

Identifies the system and top-level application that generates the tag as a tag path.

If you leave namespace unwired, it defaults to the name of the top-level VI.

Inputs/Outputs

tag name

Name of the tag whose path you want to build.

namespace

Namespace containing the tag.

If you leave this input unwired, Build Path uses the name of the top-level VI.

path

Path to the tag reference.
