Launching the Toolkit in TestStand

Use the included TestStand workspace to explore PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW example sequences that you can adapt for your own application.
Note For LabVIEW development, open the included project as described in the LabVIEW
Project, Libraries, and Examples section of the Components of a PCB Assembly Test
Toolkit for LabVIEW System topic.
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW
- Within the PCB Assembly Test Toolkit for LabVIEW directory, navigate to the TestStand directory.
- Double-click PCBA TestStand Workspace.tsw to launch a workspace that includes the toolkit libraries and test templates. You can also copy the file path and open the workspace in TestStand.
- In TestStand, navigate to PCBA TestStand Project\PCBA FT Demo\PCBA FT Demo.seq in the PCBA TestStand Workspace.
- Double-click PCBA FT Demo.seq to open the sequence in TestStand. A dialog box appears that describes the requirements and purpose of the demo sequence. Click OK to close the dialog box.
- Click
to run the sequence in simulation mode.
