Using the Message System

The message system is displayed as an extended window or as a tab on the add-on userbox in the bottom left of the main window.

Click the gear button to open the extended message system window.

Acknowledging Messages

Important You must acknowledge any error and warning messages and remove them from the message system, otherwise the system is not operable.

To acknowledge messages, click the 1378 button. All messages for which the cause has been removed are deleted. All messages whose reason still exist will remain in the tab of the message system.

After an error message has been confirmed, you must switch on the system again.

Displaying the Origin of the Messages

On the Message tab in the add-on userbox, click the gear button to display the extended message window. Here you can view the time, date, and source of the message.

Activating or Deactivating Messages

Note Most of the messages cannot be deactivated. Therefore, they are always shown in the message system if the cause of this message has occurred.

Some messages can be deactivated. For example it makes sense to deactivate a message if a device is not used, but the application sends warnings that this device is not available. If this device is available later, the according message can then be reactivated.

On the Message config tab, select a message from the list, then click On (message is active) or Off (message is inactive).
