Setting the Initial Setpoint Update Mechanism

Complete the following steps to adjust the initial setpoint update mechanism.
  1. In the application library, open the Application configuration of the Application.
  2. Navigate to the folder PTXYEM_Signalflow and open the group PTXYEM_Setpoint_Setting.CTL.
  3. For the PTXYEM_Setpoint_Setting.CTL variable, select one of the following options.
    OptionDescription
    Direct Immediate and not synchronized update of the setpoints.
    Simultaneous Synchronized update of the setpoints.
    Note Independent of this setting, you can change the setpoint update mechanism at test runtime.
