Manually Shut Down the Application

Use one of the following methods to shut down the system.

Initiating Regular Shutdown

  1. Click the STOP button to exit manual or automatic mode.
    Note During the execution of the stop procedure, torque limits of the test bed drives are reduced to protect the DUT or test sample.

    The ignition signal turns off immediately when the stop procedure is initiated.

  2. On the Control tab, click switch off to switch off the system.
    This includes a shutdown of all sub-systems, the motor inverter control cabinet and all auxiliary devices (e. g. a gear shift robot or a VES) that are present.
  3. Turn the Test Bench switch on the operator panel to the Off position.

Initiating Emergency Stop

Press an existing Emergency Stop buttons (e.g., on the operator panel, control cabinet or test cell).
