Adding Channels to the Output

The norm name of the measurement that handles the data recording of the circular buffer, is DCB. Complete the following steps to save additional variables in the files of the circular buffer.
  1. Navigate to a folder where custom specific configurations are stored (e.g., <Testname>\###CUSTOMER###) or <Testname>\Test\T00_Customer and create a new group of type Measurement Channels.
  2. In this group, create a new line for each variable that you want to save.
  3. In the Measurement column, enter DCB.
  4. In the Measurement file column, select the desired frequency.
  5. In the Element column, choose the additional variable.
  6. Optionally enter in the Channel label column, a text that will appear in the file as the name of the channel instead of the name of the variable.
Note For entering a Position number, changing the Data type, or meaning of the further columns, refer to the PAconfigurator User Manual.
  7. Save the group and regenerate the test.
