Date Format Constants
These constants are integrated in VBS and need not be defined before use. Use these constants anywhere in your script to represent the displayed values.
| Constant | Value | Description |
| vbGeneralDate | 0 | Displays date and/or time, depending on your system settings. Date and time display for real numbers. If there are no decimal places, only the date displays. If the integer part is missing, only the time displays. |
| vbLongDate | 1 | Displays the date in the long date format of your country settings. |
| vbShortDate | 2 | Displays the date in the short date format of your country settings. |
| vbLongTime | 3 | Displays the time in the long time format of your country settings. |
| vbShortTime | 4 | Displays the time in the short time format of your country settings. |
