Object: SubCursor

The SubCursor object provides access to additional cursor lines for the Cursor in DIAdem VIEW. Use the SubCursor object to specify the properties of the cursor lines.

The following example displays the number of and the distance of the cursor lines of the sideband cursor in the 2D axis system:

VBScriptPython

Dim oMySheet, oMyChart, oMyCurve, oMyObj
Call View.NewLayout()
Set oMySheet = View.ActiveSheet
oMySheet.ActiveArea.DisplayObjType = "CurveChart2D"
Set oMyChart = oMySheet.ActiveArea.DisplayObj
Set oMyCurve = oMyChart.Curves2D.Add("[1]/[1]","[1]/[2]")
Set oMyObj = oMySheet.ActiveArea
oMyObj.DisplayObj.SubCursorType = eVIEWSubCursorTypeSideband
Call MsgBoxDisp("Additional Cursor Lines: " & oMyObj.DisplayObj.SubCursor.Sidebands.Count _
     & vbCrLf & "Cursor Line Interval: " & oMyObj.DisplayObj.SubCursor.Sidebands.Interval)
