Determining the Maximum and the Minimum Values of a Signal
Use the peak search to determine the extreme values of a signal. To run a peak search, complete the following steps:

Select the DIAdem ANALYSIS panel.

Open the function group Channel Functions.

Click Peak Search.

Specify the channels to be analyzed.

Specify whether DIAdem searches for maximum or minimum peaks.

Specify how to sort the peaks.
-
Specify the number of peaks that DIAdem determines.

Click OK. DIAdem ANALYSIS displays the result channels.

Note DIAdem generates two result channels in the Data Portal. The first result channel contains the x-values of the peaks and the second result channel contains the y-values of the peaks. |
