The minimum spacing requirements for cooling and cabling clearance are listed in the following table. Ensure that your installation meets these requirements.

Measure the ambient temperature at the horizontal and vertical orientation:
  • Horizontal orientation: 25.4 mm (1.0 in.) from the center of each side panel.
  • Vertical orientation: 25.4 mm (1.0 in.) from the center of the vent on the bottom of the BTS-16110.
Note Avoid operating BTS-16110 in environments with excessive airflow. Operating the device at low temperatures, low input power voltages and excessive airflow may cause BTS-16110 to lose thermal regulation.
Note Supply BTS-16110 with 22.5 V DC or greater when operating at temperatures below 20 °C (68 °F).
